摘　　要：基于软件故障注入方法,设计一个软件故障注入系统SFIS,提出动态故障库.建立适用于单粒子事件的故障模型.最后采用两台PC机串口通信,用SFIS采用断点中断实现瞬时故障的注入,采用单步中断实现永久故障的注入.A software fault injection system SFIS based on the method of software fault injection is designed, and a dynamic fault library is present. Then a fault model for single particle event is built. In the end two computers for serial communication are adopted. During the experiment, the software interruption method is adopted to inject transient faults and step trace method is adopted to inject permanent faults into the target system.
