摘　　要：新宪政论源于传统的政治科学,但又突破了传统的宪政论。具体来说,新宪政论与传统的宪政论相比,在其理论支撑、人类动机理解角度、价值取向、制度范围和宪政目标等方面都有了明显的拓展。新宪政论为我们提供了一个全新的研究视角并带给我们启迪,对中国的宪政建设实践具有一定的借鉴意义。The new constitutionalism derives from the traditional political science, but at the same time it also makes a breakthrough. In comparison with traditional constitutionalism, the new constitutionalism shows an obvious expansion in the aspects of theoretical basis, reasonable angle to comprehend human motives, value tendency, scope of system, constitutionalism targets etc. New constitutionalism, as a categorized hermeneutic frame, provides us with a new perspective of inspirations and therefore is of practical reference to the construction of Chinese constitutional policy.
