“猪尾巴”引流管在非手术治疗脾破裂中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨“猪尾巴”引流管在非手术治疗脾破裂中的应用。方法:对32例脾破裂I-II级伴腹腔积血患者常规于左下腹麦氏点经皮穿刺置美国COOK公司生产的8F“猪尾巴”多孔引流管,引流腹腔积血。结果:除1例因治疗过程中于第4天出现活动性出血而中转手术治疗外,其余均非手术治疗成功。结论:“猪尾巴”引流管在非手术治疗脾破裂中,可以有效观察腹腔积血情况,并能自体回输,此方法安全有效,而且操作简便,减少肠粘连及缩短平均住院日。Objective To study the application of ＂pigtail＂ tube drainage during the non-operation management（NOM） of spleen rupture. Methods 32 patients of spleen rupture in Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade were placed the 8F ＂pigtail＂ multi-hole tube, made in COOK company of the United States, at the left down abdomen Me Burney＇s point to drain hematocelia. Their hemodynamic and drainage were closely observed.The hematocelia collected in the first 6 hour drainage can be preformed. The self-bllood transfusion. Results 31 cases of non-operation management （NOM） were successful and one case that his hemodynamic was unstable was at once transferred to operate.Conclusion The ＂pigtail＂ tube drainage in the non-operation management of spleen rupture was effective and safe. It may effectively observe hematocelia and manipulate simply and the self-bliid transfusion can be performed.It may cut down mean hospital stay-day
