摘  要:270只海兰蛋鸡,随机分为2组,设3个重复,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.2%的益生素,对照组不添加益生素,试验期56 d。试验结果表明,试验组和对照组的平均产蛋率分别为90.89%和87.33%;试验组较对照组高3.56%;试验期内平均每天耗料量:试验组为5.39±0.32(kg/处理组),对照组5.39±0.35(kg/处理组),差异不显著(P>0.05);产蛋数:试验组为40.89±3.62枚/只,对照组为39.3±7.13枚/只,差异极显著(P<0.01);蛋重:试验组为52.68±0.11 g/只.天,对照组为50.73±0.18 g/只.天,差异极显著(P>0.01);破软蛋率(%):试验组为29.2±0.29,对照组为47.02±0.38,试验组仅为对照组的62.34%,差异极显著(P<0.01);料蛋比:试验组每只鸡蛋料比为2.27∶1,对照组每只鸡蛋料比为2.36∶1,对照组比试验组多耗料4%。试验组比对照组每只鸡多获利润0.48元,增收效益明显。270 Hi-line layers were divided into two groups randomly, 135 layers and 3 replicates each group. Trial test lasted for 1 week. 0.2 % probiotics were added in the basal diets in the testing group and the control group were only feed basal diet. The test lasted for 56 days. The results showed that the laying rate of the testing and control group were 90.89% and 87.33% respectively. The laying rate of testing group was 3.56% higher than the control group, different extremely between two groups (P〈0.01). The feed consumption of the testing and control group were 5.39±0.32 kg and 5.39±0.35 per replicate respectively. There was no significant difference between two groups (P〉0. 05). The egg weight of the testing and control group were 52.68±0.11 g and 50.73±0.18 g per egg respectively (P〈0.01). The cracked egg rate of the testing and control group were 29.2±0.29 g and 47.02±0.38 g respectively (P〈0.01). The feed conversion rate of two group were 2.27:1 and 2.84:1 respectively. The benefit of testing group were 0.48 Yuan higher than it in control group per layer.
