摘 要:为研究钛酸钾晶须(唧)对聚四氟乙烯(FFFE)复合材料性能的影响,本文详细地考察了唧表面改性和含量对PTFE复合材料的力学、耐磨以及热性能影响.结果表明:改性后唧表面能由69.2mJ/m^2降到50.7mJ/m^2,分散性得到明显改善.PTW增强PTFE复合料的上述性能比纯PTFE的分别提高了19%、34%、3%、9%和10倍.SEM表明:PTW—PTFE的内部结构比GF—PTFE均匀致密.复合材料的力学性能最佳点出现在PTW含量为5~10wt%之间,具有纳米填料增强复合材料的特点.To investigate the effect of PTW on the properties of PTFE composites, the surface modification and contents of PTW on the mechanical strength, thermal properties and wear resistance of PTFE composites were studied in this paper. The results showed that the surface energy of modified PTW decreased from 69. 2 mJ/ m^2 to 50. 7mJ/m^2, and dispersibility of PTW was obviously improved. Different from other fiber - filled PTFE composites, the tensile strength and toughness of PTW - PTFE composites can be increased simultaneously, meanwhile the heat deformation temperature and wear resistance are much higher than those of pure PTFE. At 5 wt% PTW content, the mentioned properties were increased by 19% ,34% ,3% ,9% 和 1000% respectively. SEM showed that the internal structure of PTW - PTFE composites is more uniform and compact than glass fiber - PTFE composites. PTW - PTFE composites got the best mechanical and tribological properties when the filler content is between 5 - 10wt%, which is similar to some nano - composites.
