摘　　要：“东突”恐怖势力的分裂主义“思想体系”有其形成过程。分析该“思想体系”的成因,目的在于对其“理论”构成进行评判,指出其“以分裂为目标,以宗教为外衣,以恐怖为手段”的特征,揭示境内外“东突”恐怖势力的“思想体系”的本质。This paper discussed the course of formation of separatist ＂thinking system＂ of domestic and foreign ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorist force. It analyzed the causes of formation of it and judged its theoretical structure, pointed out its features of idea- ＂with separation as goal, with religion as jacket, with terror as means＂, finally it has revealed its essence.
