摘　　要：本文以南通市为例,分析经济较发达区土地利用结构多样化和集中化趋势,通过构建土地利用类型之间的转移矩阵和建立研究区土地利用变化的马尔柯夫过程模拟模型,进行了土地利用变化过程和农业土地用途相互转换分析,对土地利用演变趋势做出了预测,提出了促进经济较发达区土地资源可持续利用的对策建议。On the basis of analyzing economically advanced regions＇ interrelation mechanism between agricultural sector structure adjustment and land use change, the article analyses and studies the trend of diversification and concentration of regional land use structure, and through constructing land transformation matrix and Markov model, analyses land use and the transformation of agricultural land use types quantitatively, and the evolution trend is predicted At last, the policy on sustainable land use is suggested.
