摘  要:研究黄腐酸(FA)对番茄秧苗在模拟运贮期间的部分信号物质的变化。结果表明:在秧苗贮运期间,黄腐酸处理的秧苗钙调素(CaM)含量和NAD激酶活性高于在运贮期间没有进行黄腐酸处理的番茄秧苗,Ca2+-ATPase活性低于没有进行黄腐酸处理的番茄秧苗。黄腐酸处理可在一定程度上减轻与延缓秧苗运贮中的“胁迫性衰变”,在一定程度上起到保持运贮番茄秧苗质量的作用。Under simulated shipping and storage condition, the changes of the level of endogenous hormone and some signal substance were studied after treatment with FA. The results showed that under simulated shipping and storage conditions, the level of CaM and the NADK activities of tonmto seedlings were higher than the tomato seedlings without FA treatment with FA treatment and the Ca^2+ -ATPase of tonmto seedlings was lower than the tomato seedlings without FA treatment. Under simulated shipping and storage condition, the treatment of FA could lighten and postpone "coercing decay" in the fixed level, and the treatment of FA had effect on the quality of tomato seedling.
