无公害果品生产全程质量监控体系探讨

摘　　要：阐述了全程质量监控的背景理论。政府监管、生产基地与经营企业的自身监控和由生产者、消费者之间第三方参与的社会监控构成了无公害果品生产全程质量监控体系。监控主体的多元化、监控信息的网络化、监控体系的法制化、组织机构系统化、质量标准和检测手段科学化是无公害果品质量监控的发展趋势。In this paper the theory of the total quality control of non-polluted fruit production was intnxhced. 3he system of the total quality control of non-polluted fruit production was composed of supervised by slate, serf-restrained by enterprises and producers and testified by certificated agency. Mulmanagement models, network information, legalization of the system, systematic organization and scientific quality standard and detection means will be developed in the total quality control of non-pollutant fnfit production.
