摘　　要：钩端螺旋体病是一种由致病性钩端螺旋体感染引起的人兽共患病。感染者有多种临床表现,其中重者表现为致死性肺弥漫性出血。目前,钩端螺旋体所引起出血的机制仍未被阐明。本文就近年来对钩体致病物质及其相关作用机制的研究状况作了概述。Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease caused by pathogenic species of leptmpira. The infection causes a diversity of clinical manifestations, including fatal pulmonary diffuse hemorrhage. So far, the pathogenesis of hemorrhage caused by infection of leptospira was not elucidated. In order to provide a basis for in-depth studies of pathogenesis, this article reviews the advances of research on virulence factors and their mechanisms on leptospirosis.
