膝关节半月板损伤的多排螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的：探讨膝关节充气造影多排螺旋CT扫描对诊断膝关节半月板撕裂的诊断价值。方法：每个关节腔内注入20-50ml空气后作CT扫描，将扫描所得数据输入工作站进行多平面图像重建（MPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）及容积再现技术（VRT），观察半月板撕裂，将CT诊断结果与术中所见比较。结果：30例中有26例为半月板撕裂，有21例经膝关节镜手术证实。结论：该方法可以较清晰地显示膝关节半月板撕裂，为外科治疗方案提供了重要的参考信息。Objective： To evaluate the value of MSCT arthrography for diagnosing meniscus tear of the knee. Methods： 20-50ml of air was injected into the knee joint, and was scanned by MSCT. The data obtained was transformed to the workstation, then MPR, MIP and VRT was used to illustrate lesions in the knee joint. The CT results were compared with intraoperative findings. Results： Among 30 cases, 26 had meniscus tear, in which 21 were confirmed with arthroscope surgical finding. Conclusion： This method could offer fine images of meniscus tear and provide important information for surgical treatment.
