高频彩超对浅表软组织炎性病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩超对浅表软组织炎性病变的诊断价值。方法对29例浅表软组织炎性病变进行高频彩超检查,并与手术或病理进行对比分析。结果23例炎性病变可根据声像图给予提示,6例炎性病变则须结合病史、临床症状综合分析。各类炎性病变声像图均示肿胀、病灶局部增厚或肿块;病灶内彩色血流不同程度增加。结论使用高频彩超检查使各类炎症声像图显示更清晰、诊断更明确,给临床提供可靠依据,具有很高的诊断价值。Objective To discuss the value of high frequency color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of superficial soft tissue inflammatory diseases. Methods Color Doppler flow imaging was performed on 29 cases of superficial soft tissue inflammatory disease and the results were compared with operation or pathology. Results In all cases, 23 were diagnosed according to the ultrasonographic features, 6 were diagnosed with the combination of clinical history and symptoms. The features of inflammatory diseases were tissue swelling, local thickening or mass lesin with an increase of color flow signals in the lesion. Conclusions Color Doppler flow imaging shows inflammatory diseases clearly and plays an important part in diagnosing inflammatory diseases clinically.
