胎盘早剥超声诊断的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胎盘早剥声像图的特征。方法回顾性分析30例经手术证实的胎盘早剥的声像图表现,与病理相对照。结果声像图表现有4种类型超声诊断符合率60%(18/30),其中重型胎盘早剥8例,均为超声确诊,诊断符合率100%。结论超声对重型胎盘早剥的诊断迅速、准确,有很高的临床实用价值,对轻型早剥诊断率的提高有待进一步研究。Objective To discuss the uhrasonographic features of abruptio placentae. Methods Uhrasonographic features of 30 cases with abruptio placentae were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with that of pathology. Results There were four types of abruptio placenta based on uhrasonographic characteristics, The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 60.0% （18/30）. Among the 30 cases, there were eight cases of severe abruptio placentae which were diagnosed accurately by uhrasonography preoperatively. Conclusion Ultrasonograghy is of high practical value in diagnosing severe abruptio placentae correctly and directly. The diagnostic value for mild abruptio placentae is working in progress.
