洋虫对小鼠肝组织中丙二醛及超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘　　要：观察了洋虫对老龄小鼠肝组织中丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的影响，结果表明，洋虫明显防止老龄鼠肝组织中丙二醛含量升高和超氧化物歧化酶活性降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而洋虫老龄组肝组织中丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性基本接近正常对照组，提示洋虫有抗衰老作用。The effects of Martianus Dermestoides Chevr. on MDA and SOD in liver of old mice were observed. The results indicate that the Martianus Dermestoides Chevr.markedly inhibits the rise of MDA and the decrease of SODP<0.05).The content of MDA and the activity of SOD in liver of old mice of treated group was basically equal to the control group.The results suggest that Martianus Dermestoides Chevr. has counteraction for senility.
