摘 要:通这轧-蒸碱减量技术研究,分别得到轧压~轧液率~减量率的磁系和线性回归方程;并认为:在轧-蒸减量过程中,烧碱的反应效率是一个随多因素变化的变量。在实际生产中,反应效率随汽蒸时间的延长而提高,但不可能力100%;轧-蒸连续加工减量时,不能采用测定碱浓度的方法来控制减量率,在轧液率、轧液浓度相对固定条件下,只要求得车速~减量率的关系即可。Through the study of pad-steam alkali deweighting technique,the relationship between pad ̄pick up and deweighting percentage is obtained and the linear regression equation derived. It is considered that the reaction efficiency of caustic soda is a variable which varies with many factors during this process.In production, the reaction efficiency is raised with the extension of steaming time, but 100% is unattainable. During this process,the deweighting percentage can not be controlled by determining of alkali concentration. When the pickup and the liquid concentration remain relatively unchanged,it can be solved simply by deriving the relationship between the machine speed and the percentage of deweighting.
