成人继发型肺结核的影像学诊断

摘　　要：目的进一步认识继发型肺结核的影像学表现与特性。方法收集4156例肺结核患者的资料进行回顾性分析,结合临床,重点观察其影像学表现及特点。结果①继发型肺结核病变的好发部位为上叶尖后段及下叶背段;②病变形态多样,最常见为渗出性病变或干酪性坏死所形成的斑片状、云絮状阴影;增殖性病变所形成的结节状阴影以及纤维化病变所形成的索条状阴影或两者同时存在;③有时可出现空洞及钙化病灶。结论影像学检查虽然不是继发型肺结核诊断的金标准,但其在继发型肺结核的发现与诊断方面具有重要价值,结合其影像学特征、实验室及其他临床资料,继发型肺结核诊断可确立。Objective To study the performance and characteristics of adult secondum pulmonary tuberculosis Methods 4 156 patients of Pulmonary Tuberculosis was analyzed. Results ① The predilection site of adult secondum pulmonary tuberculosis was apieoposterior segmen of lobus superior and back section of hypophyll.②The pathological changes appearance was diverse, the most familiar was effusion process and caseification, at the same time, nodosity shadow caused by shproliferation and fibrosis was simultaneous ③Sometimes cavity and calcify process could be found. Conclusion X-ray check is not the best standard but it has value for diagnosis of adult secondum pulmonary tuberculosis.
