镁铝质直孔陶瓷过滤器的研制

摘　　要：采用特制的切割机切割聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制型，浇注镁铝质浆料成型过滤器的方法．研究了浆料的成分、过滤器的结构参数等对过滤器性能的影响规律．进行了该种过滤器过滤４５＃钢的对比实验．结果表明：该种过滤器成型简单方便、性能优良。The paper introduces the gasificated cellular ceramic filters made by new process in which the pulp with MgO Al 2O 3 flows into pattern plates made from polystyrene foams.And a specially designed built cutter is used to cut foams in to plates.It also discusses the ingredients of the pulp and the structure parameters of filters and effects resulted from the molten steel filtrated by the filters.The result shows that porouses formed filters through high temperature sintering have really improved the finished products properties
