摘　　要：叙述了油田用高压柱塞式污水回注泵的介质和运行条件，分析了泵内关键部件填料会过早失效的原因和用材要求。应用ＷＳＤ双相不锈钢制造填料套显示出优异的耐局部腐蚀性能和良好的综合力学性能。The working environments and operation conditions of the high pressure plunger pump used in oil field are described.The reasons of premature failure of the key partl (i. e; stuffing box in the pump) and requirements for the material of the part are discussed. The new type of duplex stainless steel (WSD) used for the stuffing box has shown excellent resistance to localized corrosion and good comprehensive mechanical properties. The application of the steel to oil field has exhibited tangible results.
