摘 要:研究了2091铝锂合金的自然时效和形变自然时效特性,考察了时效过程中的组织变化及其对拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,自然时效过程中不断形成位错环和蜷线位错,但对拉伸性能影响不大。预形变位错吸收了大量的过饱和空位,阻止位错环和蜷线位错的形成;此外预形变位错给Cu、Mg原子提供扩散通道,促进其偏聚而钉扎位错,造成与自然时效不同的拉伸流变行为。The characters of 2091 Al-Li alloy in the conditions of natural aging and predeformed natural aging have been studied. The microstructures during natural aging and its effects on the tensile behavior of the alloy have been also investigated. The results have shown that the dislocation loops and belieal dislocation are gradually formed during natural aging, but they do little effect on the tensile properties. The formation of belieal dislocation and dislocation loops is inhabited because most of excess vacancies are absorbed by the predeformed dislocation. More diffusion channels are provided by the predeformed dislocation and more 'atomsphere' of Cu.Mg atoms are formed, which can pin the moving dislocation and cause the tensile flow character to be different from that of the alloy in the natural aging condition.
