摘  要:对S系、S-Ca系、S-RE系及S-RE-Ca系易切削钢在不同切削速度下的易切削机理进行了较系统的研究。实验结果表明,在低速(35m/min)切削时,刀具主要为后刀面磨损,夹杂物的形态是影响切削性能的主要因素;而高速(120~160m/min)切削时,刀具主要失效形式是前刀面的扩散(即月牙洼)磨损,此时夹杂物的成分对切削性能影响甚大。与其他三类易切削钢比,高速切削时,S-RE-Ca系钢有较佳的切削性能,因为它能在前刀面上的形成保护膜。In this paper, the effects of inclusions on free-cutting mechanism of resulfurized composite free-cutting steel were investigated. The experimental results showed that, at low cutting speed (35m/min), the main wear failure took place on the flank face of tool and the effect of the shape of inclusion on the machinability of steel was the primary factor i while at high cutting speed (120 ̄160m/ min),the diffusion wear (crater wear) was the dominant failure and the composition of inclusions (free-cutting phases) was the key factor on the machinability of steel.A protective film that could prevent diffusion wear was formed on the rake face of YT15 tool when machining S-RE-Ca composite freecutting steel at high cutting speed.
