摘　　要：视频序列图像存在很强的相关性,采用运动估计和运动补偿技术可以消除时间冗余以提高编码效率,本文介绍了运动估计的原理以及一些常用的块匹配算法,并对这些算法的优劣性作了分析比较.There is a strong relativity between video frequency images. To improve the coding efficiency, we can remove redundancy information by using motion estimation and compensation techniques. This paper introduces the theory of motion estimation and some block matching algorithms being used frequently, and compares the virtues and shortcomings between this algorithms.
