摘  要:本文就阻抗测量中D值测量的几种方法进行了比较,着重介绍了目前发展最快的Ⅰ-Ⅴ法的测量原理、理论和实验证实附加一个偏置电容,大大提高了D值测量的准确度。In this paper a nurnber of measureing methods of D-value in impedance measurement are compared with each other. The measureing principles of Ⅰ-Ⅴ method, which is applied widely in impedance measurement and which developes very fast. is mainly introduced.The theory and experiment has proved that ataching an offset-capacitor to the measured capacitor will raise the measureing accuracy of the value in impedance measurement successfully.
