摘　　要：用放免法测定73例不育男性和39例正常对照EGP、LH、FSH、T水平。不育少精组EGF含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0·01),T明显低于正常对照组(P<0·01),提示EGF对睾丸生成性激素有明显的抑制作用,影响精子的生成。Radioimmune assay was applied to determine EGP, LH, FSH and T values among 73 infertile males and 39 normal males. EGF value of the infertile group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）, while T value was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. It is suggested in the study that EGF can inhibit testicle＇s production of sex hormone and influence the growth of sperms
