摘　　要：随着酒店行业的迅速发展,财务内部控制制度亟待完善,本文结合酒店业自身的服务特点,提出和分析了目前内部控制存在的一些问题,并就如何完善酒店的内部财务控制制度提出了解决方案。With the rapid development of hospitality industry, it is necessary to reform the system of financial internal control in hotel. According to the characteristics of hospitality industry itself, the article analyzes its current existed problems and then put fforward some solutions to improving the system of financial internal control in hotel.
