摘　　要：P2P是一种新兴的网络模型。它引导网络应用的核心从中央服务器向网络边缘的终端设备扩散。与传统的C/S模式相比,它在网络资源利用率、消除服务器瓶颈等方面具有明显的优势。首先介绍了P2P的概念,然后分析了P2P技术和C/S模式的区别。最后介绍了P2P技术在网络电视中的应用及其存在的问题,并指明了未来的研究方向。P2P is a network model rising in recent years. It leads Web application center to move from central servers to user terminals that distributed on the edge of the Internet. Compared with the traditional Client/Server model, P2P has many advantages, such.as the higher utilization of network resource, the elimination of bottleneck caused by central servers. This paper firstly introduces the concept of P2P, and then analyzes the differences between P2P technology and C/S mode. Finally, the paper presents the application of P2P in IPTV, the disadvantages and development foreground of P2P are also introduced.
