碳/环氧层合板壳内部缺陷影响的实验分析

摘  要:对预制各种内部缺陷的碳/环氧复合材料层合板和圆柱壳受力后应变分布的影响进行了实验研究。应变电测实验结果表明,层合板拉伸试件中脱胶层引起应变增大;预制多种缺陷的圆柱壳受内压时周向应变在纤维断裂区增大最多,脱层区应变增大较多,其他缺陷区影响很小。本研究对复合材料结构设计和制造工艺有重要应用价值。This paper studied laminated plate and shell made by carbon/epoxy composite materials using thestrain gauge method,and measured the effects for strain distribution during loaded in the plate and shell wherewere prefabricated some kinds of internal defects. Test results have shown that the increases of the strain caused byunglued in this plate and the change of the circular strain caused by defects are:the strain of crack area increasesmush more,in unglued area it increases more,the effects of other defects are very little. This study has importantapplied value for composite structural design and composite fabrication.
