摘  要:进行微动疲劳和普通疲劳的对比分析,找出它们的差异和共性。根据已有的研究结果,本文提出根据微动作用确定疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展点的位置,在该位置用普通的疲劳理论和计算方法计算微动疲劳寿命的方法。该方法具有一定的准确性,可用来进行微动疲劳寿命的初步估算。By comparing the fretting fatigue with the ordinary fatigue,this paper finds out their differences andsimilarities. The paper presents a method for predicting the fretting fatigue life of mechanical parts. Firstly, wepredict and determine the position of the fatigue crack initiation and the fatigue crack growth according to the fretting wear action of the mechanical parts. Then,according to the stress state of the critical position, we use the ordianry fatigue theory and method to predict fatigue life,which is found approximately equal to the fretting fatiguelife of the parts. An example shows that the method proposed by the paper is simple and can be used in engineeringapplication for predicting the fretting fatigue life of mechanical parts.
