摘　　要：在我国高等教育由精英教育到大众教育发展过程中,高校必须着眼于学生的持续、全面、和谐发展,坚持以学生为本,积极构建融“教育、管理、服务、发展”为一体的发展型学生工作模式。With the process of development from elite education to mass education ,then to universal education of higher education in China ,Chinese universities should focus on the sustained jcomprehensire and harmonious development of students jadhere to the student-oriented principles and actively construct the working patterns of students involving the concepts of education, management, service and development, aiming to develop the students＇ talents.
