摘 要:将静压支承原理和圆锥动压浮环轴承结合起来,提出了一种新型结构的滑动轴承——圆锥浮环动静压轴承,并对此进行了理论分析,有限元计算和试验研究。导出了基本微分,积分方程组,提出了保证浮环启动的设计准则,较好地解决了数值计算中的多重迭代和快速收敛问题,讨论了不同条件下的轴承性能,揭示了轴心,环心,环轴速比等的变化规律,理论计算和试验取得了较好的一致,并表明,该轴承兼具圆锥,动压,静压,浮环滑动轴承之优点,在高速旋转机械领域将有广阔的应用前景。A new twicai structure bearing-the conical floating-ring hybrid bearing is deve-loped and the entire theoretical analysis, finite element computing and experimental studyare completed for this brearing. Basic defferential and integral equation-group and boundarycondition are derived. A designning norm is put forward according to which the floating- ring is started always easily and reliably. The problem that it has to alternate much timeand convergence progress is very slow in computing is better solved. The 3-D pressure distri-bution in inner and outer oilfilm and the stationary characteristics of this bearing are givenand the change law of tbe shaft-centre, floating-ring-centre and the velocity-ratio on thering to shaft etc are brought to light,Two test sample have been made and the experimence issuccessful. The tesults of the compute and experimence have made clear that this bearinghas many advantages and it can be predicted that this bearing will find wide use in the pre-cision grinder area and other rotary machinery at high speed.
