摘  要:目的探讨全身常温、心脏局部低温体外循环(CPB)在先天性心脏病直视手术治疗中的应用价值。方法将20例先天性心脏病手术患者随机分为常温组(10例)和低温组(10例),对比研究两组CPB时间、主动脉阻断时间、手术时间、术后体温、胸腔引流量、血细胞水平等检测指标间的差别。结果常温组CPB时间较低温组短[(37.8±11.5)m in与(50.6±11.9)m in],P<0.05,手术时间也较低温组明显缩短[(2.3±0.5)h与(2.8±0.4)h],P<0.01,两组患者术后总引流量,术后前3 h胸腔引流量和血细胞水平比较差别无统计学意义。结论全身常温、心脏局部低温体外循环明显缩短了手术的时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of systemic normothermic/cardiae hypothexmie cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) tc the operation of congenital heart disease. Methods Patients of congenital heart disease were divided into two groups at random, i. e. the normothermia group ( n = 10) and the hypothermia group (n = 10). The changes of CPB time, aortic cross clamp time, operation time and postoperative drainage and blood cell count were observed, Results Both the duration of CPB and the operation time were statistically different in the hypothermia group and the normothermia group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and there were nc clear differences in postoperative drainge amount and blood cell count between the two groups, Conclusion The use of systemic normothermic/cardiac hypothermic CPB to the operation of congenital heart disease shows that the time of operation is shorter remarkably, and it could be clinically safe,
