摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜下精索静脉高位电凝术的效果及价值.方法回顾性分析150例腹腔镜精索静脉高位电凝术的治疗效果及恢复情况.结果 150例手术均获成功,平均手术时间23.4 min,出血极少,术后平均住院2.5 d;随访6～12月,6例复发,复发率为4%.结论腹腔镜下精索静脉高位电凝术具有效果好、容易操作、创伤小等优点,值得推广.Objective To evaluate the clinical results and value of laparescopic varicocele electrocoagulation. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients who underwent laparoscopic varicocele electrocoagulation were analyzed retrospectively. Resulls All theil operation was completed successfully with little bleeding. The mean time of operation was 23.4 minutes, and mean hospitalization length after operation was 2.5 days. During 6 - 12 months＇follow-up, six patients were given re-operation due to recurrence. Conclusion Laparescopic varicocele electrocoagulation should be wide-spread because of its advantage such as high efficiency, simple management and minimal invasion.
