摘 要:目的探讨联合检测血清AFU与AFP对诊断早期肝癌的临床价值。方法检测22例原发性肝癌、17例慢性乙肝性肝硬化以及50例健康体检者的血清AFU与AFP。结果AFU与AFP阳性率,肝癌组分别为68.2%与77.3%,而乙肝性肝硬化组分别为11.7%与5.7%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.001)。弥漫性肝癌与<3 cm的肝癌AFU的阳性率(分别为66.7%与75.0%)明显高于AFP的阳性率(分别为33.3%与50.0%,P<0.05)。结论AFU与AFP的联合检测能提高原发性肝癌的诊断率,特别是对早期肝癌的诊断。Objective To study the clinical significance of combined alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) detection for the diagnosis of early liver cancer. Methods Serum AFU and AFP were detected in 22 patients with primary liver cancer, 17 with hepatocirrhosis originating from chronic hepatitis B and 50 healthy subjects. Results The positive rates of AFU and AFP were respectively 68.2% and 77.3% in liver cancer group, and 11.7% and 5.7% in hepatocirrhosis group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P 〈 0. 001 ). The AFU positive rates of diffused liver cancer (66.7%) and smal ( 〈 3cm) liver cancer (75.0%) were significantly higher than the AFP positive rates ( 33.3% , 50.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Conclusion The diagnostic rate of primary liver cancer can be increased by combined AFU and AFP detection, especially in early cases.
