摘  要:运用化学试剂处理水稻悬浮细胞诱导生成植保素Sakuranetin(SA)和Momilactone A(MA).结果表明,在悬浮培养液中添加1.5mmoL/L的金属阳离子Ag^+、Ca^2+、Zn^2+、Mg^2+和Cu^2+,都可以在一定程度上诱导悬浮细胞产生SA或MA,其中以K^+处理效果最好;添加1.5mmoL/L的NH;也可诱导产生MA;MA的产生量显著高于SA,每20mL悬浮液中的产量可以分别高达158.9~1337.9μg和0.16~7.6μg,说明水稻悬浮细胞中存在这些阳离子的高效防御识别系统,从而开发新型绿色环保农药是可行的.Induction of phytoalexins (PA) formation in suspension-cultured rice cells was studied with chemical method. The results showed that the defense compounds, flavonoid phytoalexins sakuranetin (SA) and diterpenoid phytoalexin momilactone A (MA) were elicited and accumulated in the suspension-cuhured cells. Of the two PA, MA showed a remarkable induction. Metal ions of silver, potassium, calcium, sodium, zinc, magnesium and copper were added to medium with a concentration of 1.5 mmoL/L, which efficiently triggered the accumulation of MA or SA. The accumulation of MA could also be elicited efficiently by ammonium ions added to the medium at concentration of 1.5 mmoL/L. It indicated the presence of recognition systems specific for these compounds in rice cells. Every 20 mL cultured cells produced 158.9 ~ 1337.9 μg MA and 0.16 ~ 7.6 μg SA, respectively, indicating the importance of this phenomenon in the defense system of rice plant and presumption of these PA for developing new type pesticide without environmental pollution.
