摘  要:目的:建立空气中硝基苯类化合物的气相色影质谱法测定方法。方法:利用硅胶采样管采集空气中气态硝基苯类化合物,二氯甲烷解析后注入气相色谱/质谱,根据其浓度在全扫描方式(Scan)或选择离子扫描方式(Sim)下用内标标准曲线法进行定量分析。结果:本方法操作简便,检测范围较宽(0.050~40μg),回收率均大于93%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:方法适合环境空气及工作场所空气中硝基苯类化合物的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of aromatic nitrocompounds in air by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry. Methods:Aromatic nitrocompounds in air were absorbed by the silica gel, and then desorbed by CH2Cl2 and analyzed by GC/MS. Scan or Sim modes was selected according to the real concentration. Results:The operation was simple. The detection range was 0. 05 -40μg. Every compound recovery was higher than 93%. The relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion:The method is suitable to measure aromatic nirtocompounds in environment and workplace air.
