摘　　要：尾矿库作为水工构筑物,由于洪水造成的漫坝事故时有发生,造成的危害巨大,因而建立洪水自动监测系统,通过先进的计算机网络技术和自动采集仪器,对尾矿库水情进行预警预报,对及时消除灾害的发生,显得尤为重要。There are sometimes overflow accidents in tailings dam, as water constructional works, due to flood, which result in huge damage. Therefore, the flood automatic monitor system should be established. The advanced computer network technology and the automatic collection instrument are used to carry out the early warning and forecast work of water regime of the tailings dam, which is of great importance to avoidance of disasters in time.
