电网与变电站联合仿真培训系统应用探讨

摘　　要：近年来电网调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)得到了广泛的应用,变电站运行人员仿真培训(OTS)系统也逐步得到了应用。结合调度数据网络的建设,提出了建立电网与变电站联合仿真培训系统的设想和技术方案,联合仿真系统的应用可以有效地提高仿真培训系统的互动性、真实性和系统性,并将有助于促进调度员实现“经验型”向“分析型”的转变。Recently the Dispatching Training System （DTS） and Operator Training System （OTS） are gaining more and more popularity. In combination with the construction of dispatching data network, tile idea and technical scheme on the united simulation training system based on DTS and OTS are put forward. The application of the united simulation training system can make simulation training systems more interactive, authentic, and systematic, and will help the operators transform from being ＂experience-oriented＂ to ＂analysis-oriented＂.
