摘　　要：介绍了备用的分类,引入了负荷备用的概念;分析了华东电网备用管理的现状,揭示了存在的问题;阐述了需求侧管理错峰机制与机组备用、负荷备用的关系,提出了建立一套从备用计划、监视、控制直至评价考核的管理体系的设想;阐述了实施备用监视的思路,介绍了全网机组运行备用监视平台的建设情况。The classification of reserve and the concept of load reserve are introduced, and the status quo of reserve management of East China Power Grid is analyzed with problems pointed out. The relationship among the peak shifting mechanism of DSM and the unit and load reserves is explained, and the idea of establishing a management system covering reserve planning, monitoring, controlling, and evaluating and checking is put forward. The concept of implementing reserve monitoring is illuminated, and the development of operating reserve monitor platform for units throughout the grid is presented.
