摘　　要：阐述了建设火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的重要性,以及SIS的基本概念、基本架构,针对火电厂建设SIS中实时数据采集技术、实时/历史数据库选型、功能设置以及网络架构等关键问题进行了讨论和分析。The importance of establishing the plant-level Supervisory hfformation System （SIS） for power plants is illuminated, as well as the basic concept and structure of SIS. The key issues on real-time data acquisition technology during SIS construction, type selection for the real-time/historical database, function setting, and network framework are discussed and analyzed.
