摘  要:开发了地区电网的故障诊断系统,该系统利用来自监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统与故障信息系统2个数据源所提供的信息,采用分层诊断及因果逻辑相结合的推理机制,进行电网的故障诊断。将双数据源上传到主站的保护与开关的事故变位信息进行逻辑匹配,并结合分层诊断的思想以及保护、开关、故障设备之间的因果逻辑关系进行推理,最终确定故障设备,并给出诊断报告。该系统已应用于兰州地区电网,现场运行的结果证明其实用性与准确性。This paper develops a fault diagnosis system for the regional power network by making use of the dual-source data from the SCADA system and the fault information system, which the system can diagnose the fault with the reasoning method of layered diagnosis and cause-and-effect logic. Matching the faulty change information of the protections and the breakers from the dual data source to the main station, the system reasons among the protections, the breakers and the fault equipment to detect the faulty one, with the diagnostic report shown. Moreover, the system has already been applied to the Lanzhou power network and its practicability and veracity has been proved with the result of local operation.
