摘 要:为进一步揭示与研究胡萝卜雄性不育的生化遗传机制,分析了胡萝卜雄性不育系及其同型保持系在花蕾发育的不同时期蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛、脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶含量的变化趋势。结果表明,从小花蕾到盛花期,不育系和保持系蛋白质含量均呈现由高向低变化的趋势,不育系各期蛋白质含量均低于保持系;可溶性糖含量逐步升高,到盛花期达到最大值,不育系可溶性糖均低于保持系;不育系脯氨酸含量呈下降的趋势,而保持系则呈上升的趋势;不育系脯氨酸含量低于保持系,其中盛花期脯氨酸含量差异最大;超氧化物歧化酶含量逐步升高,保持系超氧化物歧化酶活性高于不育系;过氧化物酶含量的变化趋势为高—低—高,不育系过氧化物酶含量高于保持系;不育系丙二醛含量的变化为低—高—低,而保持系丙二醛的含量逐渐升高;花蕾发育的各个时期,不育系丙二醛含量远远高于可育系。Soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, free proline content, MDA content, SOD activity and POD activity in different time of flower in carrot male-sterile lines and their each maintainerd were studied. The results showed that the soluble protein content in both male-sterile lines and their each maintainerd increased from little bud to blossom stage. The soluble protein content in male-sterile lines was lower than that of maintainers'. The soluble sugar content increased with the development of flower, and reached its highest in blossom stage. The soluble sugar content in male-sterile lines was lower than that of maintainers'. The free proline content decreased in male-sterile lines, and increased in their maintainers with the flower development. The free proline content in male-sterile lines was lower than that of maintainers'. SOD activity increased with the flower development. SOD activity in CMS was lower than that of main- tainers'. Changes of POD activity in flower development stage were: high-low-high. POD activity in CMS was higher than that of maintainers.
