摘  要:采用漂浮育苗法研究了磷对中烟101,中烟100,NC89,K326和庆胜2号5个不同基因型烤烟幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:缺磷胁迫下,不同基因型烤烟苗期的生物学性状和生理特性产生了明显的变化,不同基因型受影响程度不同。K326在缺磷条件下受到的抑制最小,较其他4个烤烟品种更耐磷的缺乏。而中烟101,中烟100,NC89和庆胜2号4个烤烟品种苗期对缺磷的适应能力较差,需要补充相对于K326更多的磷肥才能达到培育壮苗的要求。A study was conducted on the effects of phosphorus fertilization on the seedling growth and physiological traits of five different flue-cured tobacco genotypes Zhongyan101, Zhongyan100, NC89, K326 and Qingsheng No. 2. The results showed that under the condition of phosphorus stress, the biological characteristics and some physiological traits of different kinds of flue-cured tobacco genotypes presented distinct changes, and the genotypic variation in response to phosphorus stress was also observed. Compared with other varieties, K326 was least affected by phosphorus stress, indicating that it was good at enduring the phosphorus deficiency. The other four genotypes had poorer adaptability to phosphorus stress and should be supplied more phosphorus to meet their demands of growth.
