颈性头痛风池穴按揉术诊疗规范化方案研究

摘　　要：[目的]运用风池穴按揉术治疗颈性头痛,同时建立诊断规范化、疼痛指数量化、手法量化的方案。[方法]将符合诊断要求的患者随机分为治疗组和手法组,治疗组采用单一拇指以一定方向、时间和力度按揉患侧风池穴;对照组口服芬必得胶囊。[结果]治疗组(35例)基本恢复6例,显效19例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率91.4%;对照组(34例)基本恢复2例,显效15例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率79.4%。[结论]以向上或内上方的拇指按揉风池穴治疗颈性头痛,轻重交替各3min,在疗效及止痛时间上均优于药物疗法。[Objective] Administer massage of Fengchi acupoint to neck-type headache, meanwhile, establish the pattern of standardization of diagnosis, pain index and manipulation quantification. [Method]Randomly divide the patients under the diagnosis into treatment group and manipulation group. The treatment group were massaged on Fengchi at the diseased side by thumb in a definite direction, time and strength; the control took Fenbide capsule. [Result]For the treatment group（35cases）, 6 cases were basically recovered, 19 had marked effect, 7 were effective, 3 no effect, the total effective rate 91.4%. [Conclusion] Neck-type headache is treated with thumb massage of Fengchi in the directions upward or endo-upward, lightly and heavily in turn for 3min respectively, which is better than medicine therapy on curative effect and pain-relieving.
