摘　　要：我国进入老龄化社会,随着人民群众健康意识的提高,自我保健意识也日益增强,自我药疗的认识率正在逐步提高,推动了OTC药物市场迅速的发展。消化系统OTC品种大部分以片剂和胶囊为主,由于传统制剂本身的缺陷,如药物溶出度低、在胃中停留的时间短,黏膜层不能达到有效杀菌浓度等原因,往往不能彻底根治疾病。现将我国现有消化系统OTC药物制剂及新制剂的研发情况作一综述。China has entered an ageing society as far as population is concerned. With the increasing of health conscious, more and more people begin to recognize the importance of autotherapy, which promotes the rapid development of OTC market. OTC drugs affecting digestive system, which are mostly tablets and capsules, usually can＇ t cure disease radically because of the defects of traditional preparations, such as low dissolution rate, short stagnation in stomach and failure of minimal bactericidal concentration. This paper mainly introduce the research and development of new dosage form of OTC drugs affecting digestive system.
