穴位敷贴对哮喘豚鼠外周血及支气管组织EOS的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴对哮喘气道炎症的影响,探讨其治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法将40只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、穴位敷贴治疗组、地塞米松治疗组,每组10只。哮喘模型制备采用10%卵蛋白生理盐水1mL腹腔内注射,2周后每天用1%的卵蛋白溶液超声喷雾,连续用药7d。采用光镜、血细胞自动计数方法,检测哮喘豚鼠支气管组织嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)浸润及外周血EOS水平。结果模型组豚鼠外周血及支气管组织EOS较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01);穴位敷贴组和地塞米松组外周血及支气管组织EOS水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01);地塞米松组和穴位敷贴组之间外周血EOS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但支气管组织EOS浸润地塞米松组低于穴位敷贴组(P<0.01)。结论穴位敷贴能降低外周血EOS水平及支气管组织EOS浸润程度,具有确切的抗哮喘气道EOS炎症的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application on airway inflammation and the acting mechanism in asthma guinea pigs. Method Guinea pigs were divided into control, model, AA and DXM group, 10 pigs per group. The EOS content in blood, the EOS infliltration in bronchi and lung and the staining of HE were detected with automatic analysis of blood cell＇s. Result Compared to control group, the number of EOS in blood and EOS infiltration in bronchi and lung in the model group increased obviously （P〈0.01）. Compared to model group, the number of EOS in blood and the EOS infiltration in bronchi and lung in AA group and Dexamethasone group decreased obviously （P〈0.01）. The EOS infiltration in bronchi and lung in AA group was obviously higher than that in Dexamethasone group （P〈0.01）, but there was no difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application can significantly decrease the EOS number of blood and the EOS infiltration in bronchovesicular in guinea pigs with asthma, which shows that AA is effective for anti-inflammatory of asthma.
