还少丹对老年大鼠高脂血症模型血脂及体质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察还少丹对老年大鼠血脂及体质量的影响。方法将老年大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、药物组,拟用高脂饲料喂养(2%胆固醇、8%猪油、90%基础饲料)80d后分别检测血脂及各组体质量的变化。结果①与模型组比较,药物组能降低血脂中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,分别具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。②与模型组比较,药物组体质量下降,具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论还少丹对老年大鼠具有调节血脂和减肥作用,抑制动脉硬化发生。Objective To observe the effect of Huanshaodan on the blood lipid and body weight in aged rats. Methods The aged rats were divided into 3 groups in random as follows： the control, model and the drug-treated group. The blood lipid was detected and the changes of body weight analyzed after 80 days. Result （1） Compared with the model group, the treated group can lower the content of TC, TG and LDL-C in blood decreased, and HDL-C increased in the therapeutic group（P〈0.01）; （2） Compared with model group, the body weight in the therapeutic group decreased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Huanshaodan is effective to regulate the blood lipid content, and inhibit the appearance of arteriosclerosis.
