摘  要:目的:探讨呼吸系统肺刷落细胞端粒酶活性与该系统肿瘤发生的相关性。方法:用PRAP-PCR-ELISA和PAGE-银染色法对27例小细胞肺癌,24例非小细胞肺癌,10例不典型肺增生,20例支气管肺炎,15例支原体肺炎,13例大叶性肺炎肺刷落细胞端粒酶活性进行定量和定性分析。结果:小细胞肺癌端粒酶活性为1.10±0.63,阳性率为100%;非小细胞肺癌端粒酶活性为1.0±0.59,阳性率为79%;不典型肺增生端粒酶活性为0.68±0.49,阳性率为73%;其它疾病端粒酶活性及阳性率分别是0.19±0.14和1%。结论:端粒酶活性与肿瘤的发生有关,并可为肿瘤的早期诊断提供可靠的指标。Objective:To study the relationship between activity of the defluxio cell telomerase and the generation of tumor in respiratory system. Methods: We determined the activity of the defluxio cell telomerase from 27 patients with small cell lung carcinoma, 24 patients with non- small cell lung carcinoma; 10 patients with atypical lung hyperplasia. 20 patients with branch pneumonia, 15 patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia, and 13 patients with lobar pneumonia using PRAP-PCR-ELIS and PAGE-Ag staining. Results: The activity of the defluxio cell telomerase in small cell lung carcinoma, non- small cell lung carcinoma, and atypical lung hyperplasia were 1.10±0. 63,1.05 ±0. 59 and 0. 68±0. 49, respectively. Conclusion: The activity of the defluxio cell telomerase in respiratory system may serve as a premature tumor marker for diagnosis.
