摘 要:针对普通异步电机和开关磁阻电机的转子发热和转矩脉动等缺陷,提出高密度轴向叠片各向异性转子电机,并结合具体的电机参数,估算出组合式转子电机的气隙磁密和空载电动势,用实验加以验证。建立了电机的数学模型,分析了稳态性能,并通过各种起动实验,证实了转子增加永磁体是解决ALA转子电机起动稳定性的一种有效手段。To overcome the defect of ripple torque and rotor loss in coventional induction motor and synchronous reluctance motor,the axially laminated anisotropic (ALA)rotor motor is proposed. The airgap flux and the no-load electromotive force of hybrid rotor motor are estimated. The results are in accordance with the experimental data. Besides ,the mathematical model is established and the steady-state performance is analyzed as well. Finally,varlous experimental investigations on startup behavior show that the hybrid rotor with permanent magnet is an effective way to solve the startup problem of ALA rotor motor.
