摘　　要：因基坑降水必然会导致周围环境产生沉降，本文采用降水和沉降变形同时控制的思路，即满足降水要求的同时，也满足周围环境对沉降的要求。结合西安某医院的基坑降水工程实例，设计过程中采用该思路，实际中取得了很好的效果。Because dewatering for foundation must cause nearby surrounding settlement, in this pa per, thought of dewatering and settlement controlling was adopted, which content the demand of de watering, meanwhile that contents the demand of settlement. During the course of design, one hospi tal dewatering for foundation project adopted the thought. In the fact, it achieved better effects.
