Objective: To observe the effect of low molecular sodium heparin combined with effective nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot in 0- grade stage. Method: A total of 60 diabetic foot patients were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of control group were given routine therapy, promoting microcirculation and removing blood stasis and nursing care. While patients of test group were given low molecular sodium heparin injection at femoral artery besides the routine treatment. Then all the patients were observed on the changes of clinical symptoms, hemorrheology, blood pressure ratio of arteria malleolaris to brachial artery (ABI), and hemodynamic improvement of them. Result: Compared to that of before treatment, there was a remarkable improvement on clinical symptoms, hemorrheology, ABI and hemodynamic in patients after treatment. There was significant difference between test group before and after treatment (P〈0.05). The improvement in test group patients was superior to that of control (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Low molecular sodium heparin injection via femoral artery combined with scientific nursing education and guidance could improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot patients of 0 - grade stage significantly and safely.
