摘　　要：阐述了筛篮倾角为20°的LLL1030新型煤泥离心脱水机的结构和主要技术特征,在综合分析国内、外主要设备类型的基础上,对该新型煤泥离心脱水机的主要参数进行了设计。给出了设计思路,并从分离因数、筛篮倾角、物料在脱水区的停留时间、生产能力、功率消耗和电机选用等多方面进行了相应的分析。Explains the structure and the main technological characteristics of LLL1030 new- type coal slurry centrifugal dehydrator with its screen basket tilting at an angle of 20°. Based on the comprehensive analysis and studies to main types of domestic and foreign equipments, it makes a design to the main parameters of this new - type coal slurry centrifugal dehydrator. Also, it explains the designing clew and makes the relevant analysis to separation factor, tilting angle of screen basket, staying period of the materials in the dehydration section, productive capacity, wattage consumption, motor selection, and so on.
